At E Luna Brand, each product is made to order, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and uniqueness. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to size, color, or change of mind. It is extremely important to carefully review all product details and our size guide before making your purchase to ensure you are selecting the right product for you.

Damaged or Defective Products

We have a 30-day return policy that applies strictly to items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. If your item is damaged or defective, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Photographic proof of the damage or defect may be required to initiate a return.

Inspection and Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges
